David Staneck, MD
David Staneck, MD, board-certified Urologist, joined Northwest Urology in July, 2015. Dr. Staneck was born and raised in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania and attended Temple University School of Medicine, graduating in 2003. After medical school, Dr. Staneck began his service in the United States Navy at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth where he completed his internship in Surgery. He then served as a Naval Flight Surgeon at Cherry Point, North Carolina. He completed his urology residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA in 2011. Dr. Staneck then served as a urologist at Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune in North Carolina for four years before joining Northwest Urology.
Dr. Staneck treats the full spectrum of urologic conditions and states that the best part about his job is “the ability to make a positive impact on people’s lives every day.”
When Dr. Staneck isn’t working he will most likely be found spending time with his family. Some of the many activities that Dr. Staneck enjoys are playing sports such as golf, baseball/softball, and skiing. Other than sports, he also enjoys reading and traveling.
